In line with the Egyptian State’s commitment to implementing the provisions of Anti-Human Trafficking Law No. 64 of 2010, the Fund for Assisting Victims of Human Trafficking was established by Presidential Decree No. 349 of 2024. The decree was issued after reviewing the Constitution and all relevant legislation, and following the approval of the Cabinet. It was officially published in the Egyptian Official Gazette on August 26, 2024.
