In Cooperation with Nile University, the Fund for Assisting Victims of Trafficking in Persons Implements a Training Programme to Develop Leadership and Administrative Skills

The Fund for Assisting Victims of Trafficking in Persons (FAVOT), in cooperation with Nile University, implemented an intensive training programme to develop the leadership and administrative skills of its staff.

The training programme, which lasted for one month, was delivered by Dr. Ayman El-Sayed, Advisor to the Dean of the School of Continuing Education at Nile University and Human Development and Capacity-Building Advisor. The training covered a range of topics, including strategic management, effective communication and body language, behavioral skills development, teamwork and administrative problem-solving, effective negotiation, priority management, and presentation skills.

H.E. Ambassador Dina El-Sehy, Executive Director of the Fund for Assisting Victims of Trafficking in Persons, expressed her appreciation for the fruitful cooperation with Nile University and for the efforts of Dr. Nevine Abdel-Khalek, Dean of the School of Continuing Education at the University, in implementing this successful training programme.
