The Fund for Assisting Victims of Human Trafficking is a true embodiment of Egypt's commitment to protecting human rights

Ambassador / Dina Al-Sayhi

The Fund for Assisting Victims of Human Trafficking represents a direct response to real and urgent needs, a sincere embodiment of the Egyptian state’s commitment to protecting human rights, and a consolidation of the principle that human dignity is at the heart of every developmental and humanitarian effort

The Fund’s mission is to provide protection and comprehensive support to victims of human trafficking, including psychological, legal, and social aspects, and to work on their reintegration into society, and to facilitate rebuilding their lives on the foundations of safety, dignity, and trust, through cooperation with governmental and non-governmental institutions, and relevant United Nations agencies.

The Fund adopts an integrated approach based on rehabilitation, economic empowerment, education, and employment, in the belief that supporting victims is not achieved through immediate assistance alone, but rather when individuals regain their ability to make decisions and live with freedom, independence, and dignity.

The Fund aspires to become a leading national model in protecting and empowering victims of human trafficking, contributing to building a society free from all forms of human exploitation, and supporting the Egyptian State’s efforts towards promoting justice and preserving human dignity.
